We can work one of two ways, or a combination of both. We can use your existing furniture and decorations to redesign spaces in your home, or we can purchase new items. Either way, the goal is to make your home speak to a wider range of buyers and help them visualize themselves living in your home. I can suggest things to you through a walk-and-talk, and you can make the changes yourself -- or ask me to assist you! I do not stage vacant homes. My strength is in working with what you have already and redesign the space that works the best.
This is my favorite thing to do! I have many tools to help you finish a complete room from scratch or redesign a room using items you already own. Sometimes just a new placement of your furniture makes everything feel fresh again. Or if you are looking to just freshen up your style, a new statement piece or pops of color will work. Whatever you are looking to accomplish, I am here to help and to guide you. I can help with visuals for furniture placement. I can do a complete 3D render of your room WITH shoppable links for you to purchase directly. We can work together to develop concept boards for your eDesign project. So there is a whole gamut of ways we can work together remotely. We can do a Zoom conference, a phone call, or do all of our contact through email. Whatever works for the client.
The concept boards (picture boards/collages) can assist the client in visualizing their new space in the home. But, OMG, the full 360- and 720- degree renderings are the best for visualization. So, remember, I have the ability to create the design you are looking for and offer a visual to suggest where those items should be placed in your room.
Color Consultant Services:
I will work with my client to assist in picking colors that work well together and not clash with your existing furnishings and fixtures. One should always take into consideration how the light from outside comes into their space -- because depending on where the sun is in a particular moment if the day, can have an effect on color. So whether you are looking for paint colors or just pops of color for a room with pillows, I can help guide you to the best options for your home's palette. Let's find the palette that speaks to you!
If you are painting your home, this service is a fraction of the cost to what it will cost to repaint if you have to start all over because you did not choose wisely. Painters are expensive; so let me help you NOT make that costly mistake.
Once a client reaches out to me for design help and collaboration, I will send you an email link that will prompt you to set up an account where we can email back and forth privately and where we can really hone in on what you are looking for in your project. INITIAL CONSULTATION AND DETAILED STAGING REPORT
In this intensive and fun two-hour consultation, I will be using a detailed Staging Report/Checklist to engage you and write down everything that needs to be done to get the home sold and get the best price possible!
- We start with a phone interview, so I can research your buyer demographics and prepare for our one-on-one consultation.
- We will walk through your home and discuss suggestions that will be optimal and bring a big return on investment.
- We will not leave one room off our checklist.
Package Cost: $150.00
(After two hours in the home, any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate.)
POWER STAGING AND MINI-MAKEOVER
This staging service can be scheduled AFTER we have completed the consultatoin and detailed staging report. It is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically moving things around and staging the main areas of the home based upon our staging recommendations.
- We can make transformations using what you already have available in the home to make the most of each space! This is my favorite thing to do! Repurpose, Redesign, a little DIY!!
- We can bring items in or book a shopping day (see below) and bring in staging accessories/items in order to give you a visual and point out items that need to be purchased to have a greater impact in the online.
- This package includes up to four hours in the home. We will photograph the transformations as we go. If your Realtor has a preferred photographer, we could get that scheduled ahead of time.
Please have your home prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving.
Package Cost: $300.00
(Up to four hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate.)
THE ULTIMATE POWER STAGING AND OUR ONE-DAY HOME MAKEOVER
Do you have a larger home of over 2,000 square feet that could use more than a few hours of work? No problem!
- We will be with you for the entire day working with you!
- This package includes all of the above packages, but, of course, more time.
- We will work for up to seven hours in your home, and, also, photograph the transformations as we go. As in the above package, we could use your Realtor's photographer if scheduled in advance.
Please have your home prepped and cleaned prior to our stager arriving.
Package Cost: $750.00

VACANT HOME STAGING SOLUTIONS
Homes that are empty are in special need of staging to help buyers visualize furniture placement and size. Statistically, only 10% of people can visualize space and proportions and furniture placement. We provide options that other staging companies do not. Please give us a call if you are in need of this type of service. I do not do vacant home staging any longer, but I can suggest a couple of businesses that can help you with that.
